Cook rice until soft and fluffly. I use a rice cooker.

Fry egg in wok to make an omelette, flip and once cooked through remove and cut into bite size pieces

Cook ham in wok until brown adding a little oil. Add carrot, peas and spring onions and cook until soft on medium heat.

Add egg, rice and soy sauce and heat through for 1 minute, mixing gently.

Serve
