Ingredients

Cake
1/4 cupMargarine, melted
1egg
1/2 cupmilk
3/4 cupsugar (or Splenda)
2 cupflour, all-purpose
2 tspbaking powder
1 1/2 tsplemon peel, grated (or substitute 1 teaspoon lemon juice)
1/2 tspsalt
1 1/2 cupwashed fresh blueberries
Crumb Topping
1/2 cupsugar
1/3 cupflour
1/2 tspcinnamon
1/4 cupmargarine, softened

Steps

Mix Milk and Egg with melted Margarine
2

Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients and blueberries
3

Stir to mix

Pour into greased and floured 9 inch square pan
5

Blend Topping ingredients and sprinkle over cake before baking
6

Bake at 375°F for 25-35 minutes
