  • 2butter, cubes of
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbspmayonnaise
  • 1 cuplight heavy cream
  • 1/4 cupparmesan cheese
  • 1salt and pepper
  • 3 clovegarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice up the garlic.

  2. 2

    Melt the butter

  3. 3

    Add garlic and cook on med until golden brown

  4. 4

    Add oil, mayo, cream + parm and stir + mix together.

  5. 5

    Add salt and pepper to taste.
