Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease aluminum popover pan and set aside.

Measure all ingredients into a bowl and beat with a rotary mixer until very smooth. Let rest (preferably overnight in refrigerator)

Fill pans to just over ½ full and bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until aides of popovers are rigid and golden brown.
