  • 1 lbGround turkey or beef
  • 24 ozsteamer vegetables in cheese sauce
  • 1 packagesBetty Crocker four cheese instant potatoes
  • 1 1/4 cupwater
  • 1Salt and pepper, garlic and onion powder to taste

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425°F. In a skillet brown ground meat, season to taste.

  2. 2

    While browning meat microwave steamer vegetables for approximately 8 minutes or per directions on bag.

  3. 3

    In a seperate bowl mix instant potatoes and water until all mixture is moist.

  4. 4

    In 2.5 qt. Cassserole dish layer meat on the bottom of dish. Followed by the vegetables and then the potatoes. Make sure to spread potatoes to cover the entire casserole to edges of dish.

  5. 5

    Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown. Serve.
