preheat oven to 350

in large bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. gradually beat in eggs, sour cream and extracts. in a small bowl whisk flour, baking powder and salt then gradually beat into creamed mixture. fold in cranberries chips and nuts. spread into 15x10x1" baking pan coated with cooking spray.

bake 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. cool completely.

for frosting in small bowl beat cheese, butter and vanilla until smooth. beat in sugar and spread over top. sprinkle with cranberries. cut into bars or triangles. refrigerate leftovers.
