Steps
- 1
For the beef patty: mix in all ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2
Make 10-12 balls. Afterwards, flatten the meat balls in a plate. Make sure that it's nice & flat so it browns quickly.
- 3
In a large pan/skillet fry your patties, cook each side until brown. After frying, move patties in a separate plate so we can make our gravy using the drippings from the pan. (do not throw the oil where you cooked your patties! leave as is)
- 4
For the gravy: add water to your pan (onto the leftover drippings) add the beef broth cube. mix well until cube dissolves. Cook in low-heat
- 5
Mix in the flour & pepper, let it simmer.
- 6
Add your mushrooms when the gravy looks smooth.
- 7
When the gravy is ready throw in your cooked patties and let it simmer in the gravy for 5 min.
