Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 2/3 kgchicken (karhaee cut)
  • 1 tspsalt (according to ur taste)
  • 1 tspred peppers powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1/2 cuptomatoe paste
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/2 bunchfresh corriander leaves (for garnish)

Steps

  1. 1

    put the oil in the wok.

  2. 2

    Heat the wok and put oil in it.

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste to the oil.

  4. 4

    Add chicken along with salt, peppers, turmeric and garam masala.

  5. 5

    Leave it on slow flame for minutes.

  6. 6

    Add tomatoe paste and water. Cover the wok and leave it on slow flame for 20 minutes.

  7. 7

    Check if the paste thickens. That indicates our chicken is ready.

  8. 8

    Garnish with corriander leaves when serve.
