Mix all ingredients together.

Roll out (with pleny of flour) to about 5mm thickness and cut into strips of about 1x7cm.

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add sugar bit by bit, all the while beating.

Add meringue on top and place one by one on a baking dish covered with rice paper 1cm apart
