Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 1/2 cupmilk, scalded
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 dashsalt
  • 3eggs, beaten
  • 1 cupraspberries

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir sugar into hot milk until dissolved.

  2. 2

    Add beaten eggs and salt.

  3. 3

    Pour into unbaked pie crust or glass casserole dish.

  4. 4

    Bake at 475°F for 10-12 minutes, then 350°F for 20-25 minutes until dinner knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
