Steps
- 1
In a medium bowl, mix the garlic, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, ginger, onion powder, cinnamon, & cayenne pepper.
- 2
Pour half the mixture into a medium bowl & place the pork chops into the marinade. Mix the pork chops in the marinade a bit. Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours. Also refrigerate the remaining marinade.
- 3
Preheat the grill on medium heat & lightly oil the grate.
- 4
Remove the pork chops from the marinade & drop excess marinade into the bowl. Discard the marinade. Grill the pork chops, basting with the remaining marinade until the pork chops are browned & fully cooked, about 8 to 10 minutes each side.
- 5
Pour the remaining marinade into a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil & reduce heat to a simmer. Cook the marinade until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 6
Serve the sauce with the pork chops.
