Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking sheet

In large bowl mix together cake mix and baking powder

In small bowl whisk together eggs, oil and vanilla extract

Combine ingredients until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop rounded tablespoons of batter on baking sheets 2-inches apart

Bake 10 minutes and let continue cooking on baking sheet for a few minutes once removed from oven. Transfer to wire rack, let cool and enjoy!
