Ingredients

  1. 4 lbGoat Leg
  2. 4Red onions
  3. 4Tomatoes
  4. 1 tspGround Turmeric
  5. 3 tspGround Chilli Powder
  6. 1 tbspCoriander Powder
  7. 1 tspCumin Powder
  8. 2 1/2 tbspGinger Garlic paste
  9. 2 1/2 cupWater
  10. 3 tbspMeat Masala
  11. 3 tbspVegetable Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cook finely chopped onions with oil in pressure cooker, till onions are well done.

    Add pureed tomatoes and cook till the water dries up and oil starts to ooze out.

    Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, chili powder and salt. Mix, add 2 cups of water and close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes.

    Turn off the flame and wait for 10-15 minutes before opening the cooker.

    Adjust the water, chili and salt level according to taste and cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes, till the gravy thickens.

    Finally add meat masala and cook for 5 minutes.
