
Bread Pudding w/ Whiskey Sauce

Beat eggs, butter, vanilla, and milk.

Add sugar and mix.

Place bread cubes into 9" square pan.

Pour liquid over, sprinkle pecans, push down and let the bread soak for a few minutes.

Bake in oven for 50-60 minutes @ 325°F.

For the whiskey sauce

Combine ingredients in medium sauce pan.

Stir constantly over low heat until rolling.

Pour over and serve.
