Finely chop the onions. Sauté them in butter over medium heat until soft. Add the ground lamb and cook with the onions, stirring until all the liquid evaporates.

Add the yogurt, tahini, and pomegranate molasses. Stir well and cook until all the liquids are absorbed. Add the 7-spice blend and salt, then set aside to cool.

Fill the phyllo dough with the meat mixture. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake at medium heat until golden brown.

Serve with fresh mint, lemon, and tomatoes. Enjoy! ❤️
