Steps

  1. 1

    Dal or rice ko ache se wash karke kuch der paani mein shok karein.

  2. 2

    Ab gas par cooker rkkhe usme dal,rice, paani, salt, haldi, hing sub saath mein daale or 1vishal aane par gas off karein.

    Ab garam garam khichdi ko papad, saled or curd ke saath serve karein.
