Ingredients

  1. Prepare vegetables
  2. 6 largecucumbers peeled, seeded and chopped
  3. 1 quartonions chopped
  4. 1Red pepper chopped
  5. 1Green pepper chopped
  6. 1cauliflower chopped
  7. 1/4 cupcoarse salt
  8. Sauce
  9. 1 pintscider vinegar
  10. 3 cupWhite sugar
  11. 3 tbspflour
  12. 2 tspdry mustard
  13. 1 tspturmeric

Cooking Instructions

    Add chopped vegetables and coarse salt to bowl and set overnight.

    Drain mixture in the morning.

  3. 3

    Combine dry ingredients and then add vinegar

  4. 4

    Cook in saucepan at simmer until thickened.

  5. 5

    Add vegetables to large pot and then pour sauce over top.

  6. 6

    Bring to boil and cook for t minutes.

  7. 7

    Pour into hot Mason jars and seal.
