Heat ghee in a kadhai and add mawa or Khoya. Stir till it melts.

It takes 5min to melt properly. Add coconut and stir constantly till it becomes thick. Add powdered sugar and mix well.

Allow to cool slightly the mixture. Spread in a greased tray. Cut with star cutter and garnish with grated coconut
