  1. 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  2. 1/2 cupflour
  3. 1/2 cupskim milk
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 2 cupfavorite fruit
  6. 1 tspbaking powder

  1. 1

    Combine all of the ingredients except the fruit in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Pour into an 8 x 8 inch pan coated with cooking spray.

  3. 3

    Add the fruit right on top

  4. 4

    The crust will come up over the fruit and cover it.

  5. 5

    Bake in a 350°F oven for 40 minutes.
