mix sugar and water to about bath temperature

add 3 cups flour and stir, then add oil and salt

for loaves: separate into 5 rounds. form an oblong and place in greased pan. let rise until doubled In size. cook for 30 mimutes or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped

for rolls: seprate the dough into 48 sections and form small rolls. place the larger rolls on the outside and let rise for 30 minutes. cook until the bread until sounds hollow when tapped
