1 packagesFrozen hashbrowns
2 cupShredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2Onion, minced
1 canCream of celery
16 ozSour cream
1/2 stickSalted butter

Preheat oven to 375

Mix all ingredients together, except butter, in a 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray

Cube butter and place on top of casserole

Salt and pepper to taste

Bake for about 1 hour with foil on
6

Bake for 30 more minutes with foil off
