Ingredients

  • 1 packagesFrozen hashbrowns
  • 2 cupShredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2Onion, minced
  • 1 canCream of celery
  • 16 ozSour cream
  • 1/2 stickSalted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients together, except butter, in a 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray

  3. 3

    Cube butter and place on top of casserole

  4. 4

    Salt and pepper to taste

  5. 5

    Bake for about 1 hour with foil on

  6. 6

    Bake for 30 more minutes with foil off
