Ingredients

  1. 4dark bakers' unsweetened chocolate
  2. 1 1/2 cupoil
  3. 1 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1 1/2 cupflour
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 4eggs
  7. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  8. 1/2 cupchocolate chips
  9. 2 tspvanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Place chocolate cubes on low heat with 1/2 cup oil.

  2. 2

    Beat eggs, add sugar and oil (1 cup).

  3. 3

    Add heated chocolate to egg mixture.

  4. 4

    Add flour, baking powder, salt.

  5. 5

    Add vanilla.

  6. 6

    Place in pre-greased 9 x 13 inch Pyrex.

  7. 7

    Sprinkle with bittersweet chocolate chips.

  8. 8

    Bake 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
