Ingredients

  • 1 can15 oz pure pumpkin solid
  • 1 can14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1 tspground ginger
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1unbaked pie shell
  • 1Cool whip

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425°

  2. 2

    Whisk ingredients in a bowl

  3. 3

    Pour into crust

  4. 4

    Bake 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Reduce oven to 350°

  6. 6

    Continue baking 35-45 minutes

  7. 7

    Cool completely and garnish with cool whip.
