8 ozcream cheese
1/2 cupheavy cream
1/4 cupwhole milk
4 tbspbutter
1 1/2 packageselbows/ shells
1/2 cupVelveeta
1/4 cupcheddar cheese shreds
2 tbspsour cream
1 canCampbell's cheddar soup

Pour milk, cream, cream cheese, Velveeta, cheddar soup, shred cheese in pot. Melt down

Stir into drained pasta

Stir in 2 tablespoons sour cream
