Melt butter in sauce pan. Sir in all other ingredients except the marshmallow cream. Bring to a boil for one minute. Stirring the whole time. Take off stove and beat on high with electric mixer for exactly 9 minutes. This will go over the top of the marshmallow cream on top of the cake.

Tip: warm marshmallow cream in warm water while cake is cooling.
