Ingredients

1 hour
8 servings
  1. 1 cloveminced garlic
  2. 1onion quartered
  3. 1 can20 oz chicken broth
  4. 1Mrs. Dash vegetable blend seasoning
  5. 1 bunchcelery, cut in small logs
  6. 4very large potatoes
  7. 1baby carrots, half bag
  8. 1black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

1 hour
  1. 1

    Peel potatoes, cut in to chunks

  2. 2

    Cut celery into logs, medium size

  3. 3

    In a saucepan, add broth and vegetables

  4. 4

    Add spices and boil til tender, most broth will be absorbed

  5. 5

    Serve with whatever you like. I served it with baked whItefish
