Ingredients

1 cloveminced garlic
1onion quartered
1 can20 oz chicken broth
1Mrs. Dash vegetable blend seasoning
1 bunchcelery, cut in small logs
4very large potatoes
1baby carrots, half bag
1black pepper to taste

Peel potatoes, cut in to chunks

Cut celery into logs, medium size
3

In a saucepan, add broth and vegetables
4

Add spices and boil til tender, most broth will be absorbed

Serve with whatever you like. I served it with baked whItefish
