Ingredients

  1. 1 smallonion
  2. 2 mediumtomatoes
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. 1salt
  5. 1 1/2 tbsptamato paste
  6. 1green chilli
  7. 1A pinch of tumeric powder
  8. 1little chopped coriander
  9. 4boiled eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Add the chopped onions and fry till soft and transculant.

  3. 3

    Then add the pinch of tumeric.

  4. 4

    stir and add the blended tomatoes in and cook for a minute.

  5. 5

    Throw in the tomato paste,salt to taste and chilli and let it cook for a few minutes before adding the eggs which have been cut into halves and some water and let it simmer for 2 minutes and when its ready spinkle curry with finely chopped coriander.
