Cooking Instructions

In a pie plate, coat stew meat in flour.

Brown stew meat in stock pot using oil. Remove when done.

Sauté onion and garlic. Add the stew meat back to the pot.

Add 3 1/2 cups water and 4 bouillon cubes.

Add salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce . Simmer for 2 hours.

Add potatoes and carrots. Simmer 1+ hrs until potatoes and carrots are soft.

Add remaining desired vegetables. Simmer until hot.
