Make a puri dough and keep aside for half an hour to rest

Grind besan buujiya to fine powder

Add mozzarella cheese to it and make the stuffing

Now divide the dough in equal parts and make small size puri fill in the stuffing and clise it to form a kachori

Heat oil in deep kadai and fry these kachori on medium flame till golden in colour from both the sides
- 6
Serve it hot with any chutney or sauce
