First of all, kneed maida with gee and water and make a tight dough.

Than take a pan put mawa nariyal bura elaichi, nutmag power and nuts mix well in low medium heat and leave it to cool down.

Make ek taar ki chashni by boiling water and sugar together
You can mix lemon colour also.
To make mawa kachori, make 12 small balls of the dough

Shape like poori filled with mawa stuff and gently press with the help of palm.
When all done fry in hot oil in low medium flame till become golden brown.
Make all kachories like this.

Make a hole at the center af all kachriies. lastly dip in sugar syrup for 2 min.
Take them out and garnish with dry fruits.
Ready to serve.
