Teriyaki
1 cupsoy sauce
2 tbspsugar
2 tbspvegetable oil
4 tbspmirin
2 kgchicken drumsticks

Heat teriyaki ingredients in a small saucepan until sugar is dissolved.

Brown chicken on high heat in a large, deep sided pan.

Add teriyaki, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.

Remove chicken and boil teriyaki until it thickens. Serve with rice.
