1/2 cupflour
1/3 cupcocoa
1/4 tspsalt
1/4 tspbaking powder
2eggs
1/2 cupvegetable oil
1 tspvanilla extract

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F

Mix all dry ingredients together

(dry ingredients can be stored in a zip lock bag for 6 months)

Mix eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla together

Combine wet and dry ingredients

Place in 9x9 pan and bake for 20-25 minutes
