Wash the mashrum properly

Blanch the mushroom by soaking it in boiling water for 5 minute then drain in cold water and remove the stem and keep aside

Mash the paneer and add chopped cashew,green chilli,raisins,miri powder, salt and mix it well

Now take mashrum and fill the paneer mixture in a hollow portion and keep aside

Heat the oil in pan and put cumin seeds cordamom and ginger garlic paste stire it and add onion paste green chilli stire well now add chopped tomato chilli powder, coriander powder,salt garam masala stire well

Now add mashrum and some water and cover with lead and cook in low flame 8-10 minutes.and sprinkle pepper powder

Bharva mashrom is ready

Garnish with chopped coriander
