Steps

Pressure cook the green peas till 2 whistles.

Strain and puree to a fine paste.

In a bowl mix the pea puree with sooji and curd.

Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes add in ginger garlic paste, chilli paste, salt and baking soda.

Add in more curd if the batter is too thick.

Pour in the greased mould and steam in the microwave for approximately 5 minutes.

Check with the knife if it's done or continue for another minute.

Once done let it rest for 10 minutes.

De mould and cut into pieces.

For tampering :

In a frying pan put ghee and add in mustard seeds.

Let them splutter.

Add in grated ginger and curry leaves.

Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and add peas and salt.

Stir and mix well.

Remove from flame and spread the tamper over the dhokla

Garnish with cheese.
