In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,salt,ginger,chilli,garlic paste,chopped spinach,grated lauki,turmeric powder,carrom seeds,2 tablespoon curd,1 teaspoon fruit salt mix well and make Muthiya with help of hand

In a steamer steam it for 20 min.

Then cool it

Then cut it

Then in a pan add oil,mustard seeds,sessme seeds,asafetida,and Muthiya,mix well

Then serve it with plain curd
