Ingredients

  1. 2 cupcoarsely ground wheat flour
  2. 1 cupchopped spinach
  3. 1 cupgrated lauki
  4. 3 tablespoonginger,chilli,garlic paste
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2 tablespooncurd
  7. 1/2 teaspoonfruit salt
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 teaspoonsessme seeds
  10. 3 tablespoonoil1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  11. 1/2 teaspoonasafetida
  12. 1/2 teaspooncarrom seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,salt,ginger,chilli,garlic paste,chopped spinach,grated lauki,turmeric powder,carrom seeds,2 tablespoon curd,1 teaspoon fruit salt mix well and make Muthiya with help of hand

    In a steamer steam it for 20 min.

    Then cool it

    Then in a pan add oil,mustard seeds,sessme seeds,asafetida,and Muthiya,mix well

    Then serve it with plain curd
