Heat a 4 quart sauce pan over medium to medium-high heat, add olive oil, when oil is hot add garlic and brown. Then add salt, pepper, lemon juice, oregano, and parsley. Add white clam sauce and juice from cans of clams, set clams aside for later. Add paprika, butter, and accent. Start salted water for pasta, when boiling add pasta. Add clams and whipping cream to sauce only after pasta is cooking. When pasta is just about done cooking (ever so slightly undercooked), drain (DO NOT RINSE) and put in a large pasta bowl. Pour clam sauce over the pasta and let sit for 5 minutes or so for pasta to finish cooking. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper as desired.
