  • 1vegetable cooking spray
  • 10eggs
  • 1 can(10 3/4 ounce) campbells condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packages10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 1/2 cupshredded swiss or jarlsberg cheese 6 ounces
  • 1/2 tspground black pepper

    heat the oven to 375°F spray a 12 by 8 by 2 inch dish with cooking spray and set aside

  2. 2

    beat the eggs in a large bowl with a whisk. stir in the soup, spiach 1 cup of the cheese and black pepper pour the mixture into the prepared dish

  3. 3

    bake for 35 minutes or untill the egfs are set in tje center. sprinkle woth the remaining chees let stant for 5 minutes or untill chesse melts
