In a large mixing bowl combine potatoes, butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs, coconut, and milk. Mash potatoes and mix until well blended.

Pour into 9x13 baking dish.

In a small mixing bowl, combine all topping ingredients and mix well. Pour topping onto potatoes.

Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes.
