Take curd in a bowl add sugar, salt.

Beat the curd until it becomes nice and creamy.

Add boiled rice and finally chopped Coriander mix well

Heat up oil in a tadka pan you also can use ghee for tadka.

Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafetida, curry leaves and dried red chilli.

Mix well and add this tadka in nice.

Mix well and dahi bhaat is ready.

This rice remains good for 1-2 days
