Steps

First take boiled and coarsaly mashed green peas, broccoli and potatoes in a deep bowl and mix again

Now add fresh bread crumbs,mint corriender and green chilli chutney,achari masala, roasted cumin powder, roasted and crushed ajwain seeds,salt, lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well

Now grease palm with water make oval shape of prepare mixture place mozerella stick in centre and cover nicely from all sides

Make all oval shaped cutlets like this

Take stored bread crumbs in a plate,coated all cutlets with it

Heat oil in pan,and dip the cutlets carefully in hot oil to fry, don't disturb in between,when feel one side done then flip other side to cook

Coated all cutlets with crumbs and fry carefully and bring out on paper to remove excess oil
- 8
When done,serve this Achari Peas and Broccoli Cheese cutlets hot with sauce or chutney and enjoy with tea.
