Ingredients

  1. 1 cupOats
  2. 1/2 cupGround nuts
  3. 1Onion
  4. As needed Coriander leaves
  5. to chutneyGreen chutney
  6. 1/2 bowlpuffed rice
  7. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take oats, puffed rice and saute in ghee and mustard seeds just for 3 min.

  2. 2

    Add in roasted groundnuts. Mix in the green chutney, black salt, chillies and coriander

  3. 3

    Mix in the chopped onions.

  4. 4

    And heathy nutritious bhel is all ready.
