    Pehle kadai me ghee garamkrk jeera,Hari mirch, adrak dale.chatkane lage to matar ke daane dale.2 minute chalae.

    Fir usme Kate pyaj, tamatar dale.namak bhi dale.

    Ek taraf pohe ko doodh se halka bheego de.doodh se milate samay usme Kala namak, chini, garam masala,kata hara dhaniya patte dale.

    Jab kadai me matar gal jae to pohe ka mix dale aur 2 minute bhune.

    Aur garama garam parose.
