Take curd, besan, water, salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder and whisk till you get lump free and smooth batter.

Pour this mixture in a heated pan on low medium flame.

Keep stirring at intervals and cook for 15-20 minutes.

When kadhi gets thickens, switch off the gas and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera, mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds. Stir and add ginger, curry leaves, heeng and red chillies.

Fry for few seconds and pour this tempering into kadhi.

Stir and serve hot with steaming hot rice.

I enjoyed this kadhi rice along with red pumpkin curry.
