Sabse pehle alu ko mash karke usme lal mirch garam masala 1/2 teaspoon salt add kijiye ar achhw se mix kijiye.

Then besan m water and salt add karke pakode jesa ghol tayyar kijiye ar rakh dijiye.

Ab stuffing tayyar kijiye matar m ginger salt green chilli dal kar mix kijiye ar rakh dijiye.

Ab alu wale mixchure se lemon jitni badi ball lijiye usme stuffing dalkar band kiye hath se dabakar chapta kijiye isi tarha sari tikki bana lijiye.

Ab oil garam kijiye tikki ko besan ke ghol m dip kijiye ar oil m dal kar fry kijiye. Sari tikki isi tarh fry kijiye ar ab plet m nikal lijiye.

Hot tikki chutney ke sath serve kijiye.
