Ingredients

  • 2 cupmatar
  • 1 table spoonginger
  • 1 table spoonwater
  • 1 table spoonghee ya oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonjeera
  • 1/2 teaspoonCoriander powder
  • 1 table spoonCoriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala
  • 2-3green chilli chhoppd
  • 1/2 table spoonLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse Pehle matar ko dho le cooker m ghee garam kijiye usme hing jeera ginger paste dalkar bhun lijiye.

  2. 2

    Coriander powder add kijiye matar daliye salt add kijiye achhe se mix kijiye water add kijiye ar cooker ka dhakkan band kar dijiye.

  3. 3

    1 wisil ane ke baad gas ko sim karke 5 min matar ko cook kijiye flame off kar dijiye.

  4. 4

    Preshar nikalne ke baad cooker ko kholiye.baki ke masale ar Coriander leavs add kijiye lemon juice dalkar mix kijiye and hot ghugni serve kijiye.
