Burnt garlic rice with fried potatoes

This is one of my personal favorite combination .
Steps

In heavy bottomed pan add oil 3 tbsp,add garlic chopped.

When garlic turns little brown,add green chillies.

Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and stir.

Now add water.

When water boil add rice.

Cook on high flame till water dries only little water is left.

Slower the flame and cover and cook for 5 min and switch off gas.

Rest the pan for five minutes and open.serve hot with fried potatoes

To make potatoes...
- 10
Heat oil in Kadai.
- 11
Add chopped potatoes and salt.
- 12
Cook on high flame till potatoes are crisp and cooked

Take out potatoes into another Kadai.
- 14
Add all masala and saute on gas for min till masalas coat well and are cooked.
