Thoroughly rinse chicken and boil just for 15 minutes then take it out and let it cool

Using separate bowl pour milk and on another bowl mix flour and spices

Heat oil on a medium heat then first dip chicken into milk then into the flour mixture and fry both sides until it's crispy and golden brown

Served with rice and vegetables
