Green peas ko chilke se nikal kar wash kar le. And gobhi, potato, onion, corender leaves sabhi ko cut kar le. Ab nimona ki greavy ke liye- peas ko ek pan me oil heat hone per daale. Usme salt half spoon. And turmeric daale jisse uska colour green hi rahega. And half cook karein. Jab cook ho jaaye to use ek taref rakh de thanda hone ke liye.

Baad me mixer me thoda paani daal kar paste jaisa bana le.ab ek kadhai me oil daale. Aur gobhi daal kar fry karein. For potato b fry karein. Use nikal kar ek taref rakhe. Ab ek kadhai me oil daal kar methi daane, hing, tejpatta daal kar tadka de. Ab onion dalkar bhune. Thoda bhunne ke baad ginger,garlic paste daale. Fir Turmeric, Green chilli paste, garam Masala, Salt, tomato bhi daal kar

Ab usme gobhi, potato, thode green peas daale 10 minute tak use b cook karein. Ab last garam pani daal kar 15 minute tak pakaye. Pani utna hi daale jitni thik grevy chahiye. And thodi kasuri methi ko bhi daale. and last coriander leaves and butter daal kar serve karein... I hope you like this.
