
Chicken Stuffed Peppers

Preheat oven 375

Cut peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds and stem

Microwave for 3-4 minutes until soft but not mushy

Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil. Add basil, red pepper, chicken, rice, and spaghetti sauce. Mix thoroughly.

Place peppers in greased baking dish. Divide mixture evenly atop peppers

Bake at 375 until heated through.

Remove from oven and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
